
Hi everyone! I first started practicing yoga in 2003. I had been in a car accident and a friend suggested I try yoga to regain my health. At first it was really painful and HOT, but soon after I was hooked and the benefits to my mind and body have been awesome!! I feel younger (I'm 54 years young), have more energy, better concentration, and feel stronger in every way. I loved it so much that I wanted to share the benefits with everyone I know and I thought what's the best way to spread this great feeling... why not teach yoga? I finished teacher training in 2007 and have been teaching at both the Metrotown and Surrey studios. I'm a teacher now but I will always be a student too as you are never too old to learn!
